It’s powerful, feels comfortable, and can be used in many places besides the neck, such as on a chair, or on the lower back, quads, or other areas! It’s powerful and offers multiple intensity settings. It’s well made and durable. Overall, this product works great for my daily muscle soreness. It gives a good massage although it is very uncomfortable to use… since you can’t do anything else while holding the device to prevent it from falling. It would have been better if I had bought the one with straps.

The belt seems to be okay, unfortunately it doesn’t heat up (only red light, no heat) and it keeps stopping for a few seconds, but then starts again. Sometimes you also need something to make it turn on, but in principle, it does its job perfectly. Let’s see how long it lasts.
Additional review:
The thing works, at least mostly. Every now and then it doesn’t want to, or stops briefly and then continues in the other direction. It doesn’t really get warm (only red), and changing direction doesn’t work either (the thing does it itself and randomly), but it’s completely okay and generally fulfills its purpose.

I’m so glad I bought this massager, it’s great value for money. I used to have my husband rub my shoulders and back, and he did, but I knew he couldn’t do it for too long because his fingers would get sore. Now that I have this massager, it feels like human hands massaging my shoulders, back, and neck, and I can even use it on my legs! Anywhere I have tension in my body, I use this massager!
